      Avantages

      We were allowed overtime without having to justify (pre-pandemic) but the department wasn’t ever compensated to what it should have been. The pay for sales, for example, was extremely high compared to HR.

      Inconvénients

      Not equitable pay across departments.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
