      Avantages

      They’re hybrid & remote friendly. Opportunities to work in international offices when traveling. Great holiday parties.

      Inconvénients

      Very low base rates that barely budge per year. Bonuses are low & supposed to “make up” the difference for the low base.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
