      - reasonable hours, no working late

      Inconvénients

      - after the first few months, managerial support was lacking - they lean on micromanagement as a means of keeping employees in line - they are dishonest and do not have the employee's best interest at heart as they claim

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
