      Avantages

      More than minimum wage for entry level position. Quarterly bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      Very low compensation for an extremely demanding job. Though the pay is higher than minimum wage, it's still not enough for a person living alone to afford basic necessities month to month. There is also a notable gender pay gap.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
