      low pay no protection from HR (formal role) sales management overrules HR and is pretty much God micromanagement unfair & unprepared leadership not an environmental friendly culture

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
