      Avantages

      It's a job that pays bills, but that's about it.

      Inconvénients

      The managers are bad. They overwork the employees and don't pay fairly. They set the employees to go after each others' throats.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
