      Avantages

      Ticket restaurant, and extra hours are accumulated and can be taken as time off.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low salaries for what the employees do. Stressful environment. People don’t feel valued, you’re just another number. Seems like the company is more a training programme to create professionals that they’ll then let go; they don’t care about keeping employees since they have the option to look for other employees immediately. Lots of pressure coming from everywhere and it’s not compensated accordingly.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
