      Great project management experience for future jobs Good benefits Coworkers are generally pretty young and chill, the people you work with is probably the best thing about the place

      Inconvénients

      Horrible hours, no work/life balance at all Constantly overloaded Pay was awful Stressful environment The relationship between production/sales, it can be either awesome or just the most dreadful thing in the world

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
