      Avantages

      Depending on which family tree you work on, Mobi Games is a nice place for motivated innovative workaholics.

      Inconvénients

      Not a good place for people on the Autism spectrum in terms of communication. Transparency is aggressively limited which leaves too much room for assumptions.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
