      Avantages

      Hires recent college grads Thrown immediately into large projects, so great experience Opportunity to grow for anyone that can stomach it

      Inconvénients

      Expectation that you'll work minimum 50 hours a week Lack of transparency around salary and bonus structure High turnover, most people leave quickly Consistently more work for the department than people to do the work You will work a lot of hours in a high stress environment. Sales culture is to say yes to all clients and all budgets. It is not uncommon to work until midnight or later.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
