      Avantages

      Have the opportunity to work with a diversity group of people. Co-workers are friendly which is a nice thing.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. Staying past 7 or 8 pm is not unusual. This company does not pay overtime which is ridiculous given the amount of hours one is expected to work.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
