      Avantages

      The pay is decent in light of the relatively mild workload. Most of the people that work here are friendly, and perhaps because they're somewhat acclimatized to the level of disorganization within the company, are pretty patient with mistakes and understanding when things go wrong.

      Inconvénients

      No overtime pay but lots of overtime work, extremely disorganized management and very little internal communication.

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
