      Avantages

      -Decent, but not amazing compensation -Generally a pretty low stress environment -Decent PTO and very good work life balance -Management is easy to work and get along with -Low stress most days -Opportunity for some to advance in the company if they’re competent and willing to put in work

      Inconvénients

      -Pretty boring. Sometimes there’s just not much to do -I feel like a teenager could do my job at times -There’s not a lot of variation in the work -Some coworkers did little to no work work; management tends to turn a blind eye to these folks

      Avantages

      Inconvénients

      Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
