      Avantages

      Really clean place to work for and friendly staff, most of the employees are fun to work with

      Inconvénients

      You work with chemicals that can cause a reaction on your skin and grinding aluminum that no matter what your covered in it, also management does not handle conflicts between employees properly.

      Avantages

      air conditioned shop is the only pros

      Inconvénients

      Rude management that make personal comments about there employees behind there back and to there face. NO management as they let the long term employees run the shop. Dangerous working conditions with oil and metal chips all over the floors and parts. Original owners sons and son-in-law run the place----lots of backstabbing. There always looking for help as anyone that has any skills leaves. Owners lie to your face about everything. Don't waste your time!
