Avantages
Was good for technology and challenge. Turned into absolute nightmare. Seriously, not disgruntled ex-employee, trying to give honest review. almost every other ex-employee would agree with this review.
Inconvénients
Stock = worthless. You pay taxes when granted stock, loose all stock when you're fired. You WILL be fired. All founders except chairman were fired at one point even though they performed and contributed well Work/Life balance: NONE. Work too much...if you're on time or ahead, don't say it...they will just pull in schedule to make you work more. PTO time only which means you never get to take vacation and you lose it at end of year...even when Chariman promises you won't. Horrible experience and worst treatment of people I have ever seen. Promises of bonus, compensation, success that you will never see. They had 100 of some of the best talent on the planet with funding in the millions with a great idea. Yet they STILL fired everyone and couldn't succeed. Totally directionless. Set a course, have a plan, even makes sense...won't last and will be changed for no reason. Don't think it's "inspirational genius", it's randomness.
