There is a huge Power Struggle at this Company ! if you are looking for growth, do not apply to work here. The information that is giving is very deceiving, and you will not discover the real problems unitl it is too late. They consistenty change their subnames within the company because of legal problems. Lower management is constantly undermined and over ruled on everything. The Company has no structure, and its foundation is deminishing at a rapid pace. What they offer through monster, is not what you will be offered if you accept the job. There is also a culture barrier(The Company originates in Mexico), so the atmosphere definitely reflects that. If you choose to take this job, you will be making a huge mistake.
