Avantages

If you want to spend your workday playing table football and swapping beard trimming tips then this isn't the company for you. However, if you want to join a new(ish) business that has a good offering, selling into growth markets and earning great money, then this is an opportunity. The business is based on a proven business model (the owner sold a similar previous company for £500m). It's a chance to be in somewhere at an early stage where you can make a mark and be part of a growing business with really good prospects. Like any job, it's not there on a plate but if you put in the effort, you will earn good money and be part of a growing and dynamic business. Decent atmosphere, incentives and location.

Inconvénients

As mentioned in previous reviews, still has some work to do to get the right balance of able and committed people on the salesfloor.

Incredibly well respected platform/database Bloomberg style intelligence centers Amazing pay Great management International freedoms to manage oneself Great , competitive pay structure Great growth potential

Inconvénients

Working 9-10 hours per day, including an hour break for lunch however It would be nice if communication between offices was more planned out Office in NYC could be bigger, but it is growing and it's only their first year

Avantages

Great team members to work with. Help is given when needed. Great team bonding activities and recently began adding team incentives to help boost competitiveness within the office.

Inconvénients

Managing US office from London office is Difficult. Commission scheme needs to be improved and Salesforce needs to be more organized.
