Avantages

Fantastic Business Intelligence platforms, all 3 products that I have worked on are genuinely "best in class" within the relevant sectors, client and prospective client feedback is very positive. Can make significant commission and which is paid monthly, targets are very achievable with the right work ethic. Sociable atmosphere and good working environment.

Inconvénients

More training at the start would help, having a more formal structure and bringing in successful New Business people and Account Managers to the process would help ramp up time. Conducting more win and loss analysis on deals won and lost would enable everyone to learn and improve.

Avantages

Incredibly well respected platform/database Bloomberg style intelligence centers Amazing pay Great management International freedoms to manage oneself Great , competitive pay structure Great growth potential

Inconvénients

Working 9-10 hours per day, including an hour break for lunch however It would be nice if communication between offices was more planned out Office in NYC could be bigger, but it is growing and it's only their first year

Avantages

Great team members to work with. Help is given when needed. Great team bonding activities and recently began adding team incentives to help boost competitiveness within the office.

Inconvénients

Managing US office from London office is Difficult. Commission scheme needs to be improved and Salesforce needs to be more organized.
