      - Good pay - great luck for workers provided free - cute outfit - Interesting job responsibilities ( varied )

      Inconvénients

      - Very!! Busy can not afford to slack for a second, the heels you are made to wear will make your feet hurt/bleed possibly very uncomfortable

      Avantages

      Lots of art, music, fairly good interior design. Energy of the space tends to feel good. Overall good value for the guests. Vision of upper management is brilliant.

      Inconvénients

      Very demanding schedule. Upper management/ownership looks at numbers for some decisions and leans on relationships for others. Resulting in a lack of predictability for the decision making process. Outcomes are mixed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
