Can be high pressure at times, you're often dealing with very demanding employees from companies renting from the rostie group. Sometimes asked to stay later than I wanted (I was paid for every minute I had to overstayed though at least) to service late staying customers

Great team, friendly, you wear lots of hats and never have a dull moment. Great energy. Environment that challenged me, and required me to learn many new skills!

Work generally alternated between extremely busy, and quite slow. Not too much in-between and generally inconsistent in terms of how much work there was. Again, some days are quite slow, and some you barely get a second to slow down.
