Avantages

Opportunities for advancement if you do a good job, because (see cons below) turnover can be fairly high Working with residents, prospective residents, and coworkers day to day was pretty fun! This is not your standard desk job. Good mix of social/creative duties and put-your-head-down-and-work duties Our regional manager was awesome! Very supportive of PMs and their teams. There were helpful training calls for new staff that the corporate office conducted.

Inconvénients

High turnover can be frustrating trying to get the new combination of staff members to gel, everyone learning new things, etc. PTO was ok but just ok. Hopefully that policy is a bit more generous now! Having to have tough rent renewal conversations with residents as corporate leadership rode the wave of skyrocketing rent prices was draining. (This was in the CARROLL era. Hopefully across the industry rental prices have kinda plateaued at their super high rate?)

Well-designed internship program. Friendly people and positive company culture.

Inconvénients

No return offers due to the fact that the company does not hire a full analyst "class" each year.
