      Avantages

      Reliable schedule some co workers were nice

      Inconvénients

      Management is awful, pay is terrible with no raises and no benefits. No appreciation to staff and MZ is impossible

      Avantages

      It's a great place to learn about many facets of print and design, and due to all the projects that come it, its a great way to see many different things and how the process is done.

      Inconvénients

      Perhaps a transition to a digital system to manage projects would benefit, as there are so many things being done , sometimes it can get confusing.
