      Use your PTO as much as possible to reframe from indulging in poor leadership

      Inconvénients

      Unless you've given 60% of your life to this company and have worked in stores and moved your way up into the corporate world, do NOT apply. It's very 'clique" like because of that one factor.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
