      Avantages

      Work with good people, usually. Creative problem solving and designing spaces is fun and makes the day go by faster. The discount is good,

      Inconvénients

      It's still retail and many of the products are overpriced. The way closet design is done makes it harder to sell because you can't give people a design and prices for all styles of closets.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
