      Avantages

      There are some great people that work at The Container Store.

      Inconvénients

      Payroll is the major concern of our managers and not the needs of the store or the customers. Reactive managing, instead of proactive leadership. Nepotism is rampant at my store. Store inadequately staffed during key hours of business. Lack of Communication

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Sometimes product can be inconsistent.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
