      Avantages

      Work with some really bright, incredibly hard working people.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanagement veiled as Communication is leadership. Pay raises are minimal. Little time off especially holidays. Expect you to work and answer emails on vacation. Overtime constantly expected. Leadership dictates every detail with little interaction. Never see higher level management unless a special event.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
