      Amazing training, positive & energetic co-workers/management, hourly wage, great discount!!

      Inconvénients

      Before being able to work a "normal" shift, you must work to unload all the merchandise at 5:00 am. They are extremely anal retentive and require employees to be the same...but that is why the store always looks so great! The hourly wage is very good for a retail position, but certainly not enough to live off of.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
