      Avantages

      - better pay than average - you can get feedback if you push for it. - they have really tried to manage the economic downturn without laying people off.

      Inconvénients

      - Expectations of schedules are demanding with little advance notice more than a week or so ahead. - still small enough to be very rigid but not small enough to be as flexible as they need to be.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
