      Avantages

      Weekday shifts for people with two jobs are scheduled to start at 5:45pm. For sales and stockroom positions, you don't have to work past 10pm. It's an easy job which you can forget about when you leave each day. Fun and friendly co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Schedules change weekly, have to give 4 weeks notice for a day off, inconsistencies between managers, micro-management even when you are doing your job at or above expectations.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
