Avantages
Located in a great location with excellent views. Employees have Offices with doors, so the workplace is quiet. Flexible work hours are nice. Company was a great place to work.
Inconvénients
Management has driven company to the brink. The quality of the software has suffered over the years due to the business model being one in which the company only fixes bugs when the customer pays for it. Since the customer only wants new features, there is never money to fixes bugs. Over the years, this has led to a code-base so complex and bug-ridden that developing even low quality complex code is extrodinarly expensive. End result, major customers have no interest. Major layoffs will continue for the forseable future, especially in the financially negative environments for DoD contractors. Overwatch can't compete even good times anymore.
