      Avantages

      This used to be a nice place to work. flex hours. cubes are getting smaller (6X6) to squeeze new grads in.

      Inconvénients

      The company no longer cares about the employee. They advertise that they will refresh 10% of the workforce each year to keep it young, so no more longevity. Very difficult to get promoted.
