I'd say these are the facts rather than Pros. You can find better benefits at larger defense and aero companies. 401k match: 50% of your contribution capped at 5% of your salary. Tuition reimbursement: $10k Health insurance: low premiums but the deductible is higher (give/take). Participates in funding some HSA and offers contributions for biometric screening
