      Avantages

      When you are on project then you are king or queen in the company.

      Inconvénients

      No project you are no more required in the company current scenario. If you are ask put the papers then also company is not paying the notice amount as per the labor law. If you request then you will be told we will pay you the amount but will terminate the employment. Do not even think to join s per the current status

      Currently, I have been working from last 5 years. Nothing as of now.

      Avantages

      didn't find one yet. Please please go for any start-up instead of working in this brand-name. Don't settle down just because you've heard it's a big company for testing in tricity. I did the mistake so warning you for the same :)

      Inconvénients

      Hiring and Firing policy when u are no longer needed in a project. Please join at your own risk. All the good reviews from Manager's and HR's !!
