Avantages
Great people with decent money. Sometimes frusterating but usually a great place to work.Hard to advance within company and have seen many reorganizations where people are shifted. Must be flexible.
Inconvénients
Sometimes unfair. Morale like with any call center can be up and down. Hard to advance.many changes can occurr some good some bad
