      Avantages

      On the surface a very good company in every way. Years ago this company was great and had fantastic leadership. I give it mostly 4 starts except for its current leadership who at the direction of the greedy owner has turned it upside down.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible leadership. Greedy owner. If you don't care about corporate culture or strong values emanating from the top then this is your company

      Avantages

      100% covered benefits with very good insurance.

      Inconvénients

      The company has changed significantly over time, and most employees feel it is no longer operating at the same level as in the past. Recent leadership turnover has created uncertainty within the organization. Employees feel there is limited support from leadership when addressing broken or inefficient processes, which can make day-to-day work more challenging. Compensation adjustments such as raises or bonuses have not occurred for some time. There appears to be a lot of customers moving to their EMR solution.
