      We appreciate you feedback and agree that 2020 was a challenging year for everyone. We are very proud of the fact that during the heights of the pandemic TeleTracking retained full-employment without any layoffs, salary cuts or reductions to our benefit programs. As for your comments regarding reorganizations, we dud realign our organizations to support our clients and enable our growth initiatives around the world.

      100% covered benefits with very good insurance.

      Inconvénients

      The company has changed significantly over time, and most employees feel it is no longer operating at the same level as in the past. Recent leadership turnover has created uncertainty within the organization. Employees feel there is limited support from leadership when addressing broken or inefficient processes, which can make day-to-day work more challenging. Compensation adjustments such as raises or bonuses have not occurred for some time. There appears to be a lot of customers moving to their EMR solution.
