Salary gets credited 20-25 days late sometimes. Otherwise it will be added to arrears which you dont get in this lifetime. You have to work from office compulsorily. Even if you dont have funds to travel. Management is worst of all. Once you get salary, The management treats you like slaves. No hike at all. Salary will come late by 20-25 days and the director wants you to come to office exactly at 9:00 (9:30 if you are stuck in traffic) . If you are late, whole day is marked as LOP (Loss of pay). Your personal life is joke to them. If you joined by mistake, you are trapped. The full and final settlement will not come even after 180 days, raising complaint, whatever you do. If you think anyhow they will give salary, its better than being unemployed, get your doubts cleared from the ex employees. You can easily find in linkedin and they will help for sure.
