As for the salary, while starting salaries for inexperienced freshers may initially be lower due to the high level of training and support required, we offer incredibly competitive increment rates. For potential employees who demonstrate strong performance, our increments range from 30% to 150%, which are uncommon in the IT industry. If an employee does not receive a significant hike, it typically reflects that their performance during the period did not meet the expected standards.
