Perspective commerciale
Avantages
1. All clients are abroad, working in USA, Australia, UAE and Singapore 2. Good range of CRM products, working on Sugar CRM, Dynamics CRM and Sales Force 3. Office timings are good
Inconvénients
1. Not a good pay master 2. Not working on Hybrid model, which causes problem. For Singapore and Australia one has be up real early in Pakistan and for USA one has to work for very late hours but the office doesn't count those hours 3. Very lazy in giving increments and review 4. Despite working for good long 15 years. don't seem to be growing business in the progressive manner
