      Avantages

      I would say one of the best pros to working at Tek is the fact that you get ot learn and apply yourself quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Everything Else - You would get overworked and massively underpaid. - your managers and superiors do not really care if you are good or not. - The organisation is very unstructured, which isn't right for a company that has existed for that long.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
