      They pay you like you don't have any experience. HR is not approachable.

      Thank you for the feedback. I know HR departments can seem scary sometimes, but I can vouch for the fact that they are all here to help! They are even holding monthly sessions call "Coffee with HR" to try to get to know people better and have you bring any of feedback to their attention. If you're still an employee with us I would encourage you to attend one of these sessions and see what you think!

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
