      High workload at times and can be stressful!!

      Thanks for the feedback! Our employees tell us their number 1 reason for staying with us is our collaborative environment and working with their team. We will continue to reinforce this as we grow. Our main focus will be to maintain that 'family feel' as we triple in size over the next 3-5 years!

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
