      Avantages

      I love working at Tek Experts. The people are amazing and always super willing to help out whenever they can. The teams are great and I am very happy to be part of that. I love the job itself and helping the customers. I also appreciate the opportunities to grow within the company, especially as someone who wants to build a career in IT and grow, Tek Experts offers growth and is very supportive of that.

      Inconvénients

      I have not had any negative experiences so far. Benefits could be a bit better, especially health insurance is unfortunately quite expensive, but grateful to have the ability to have it. Also pay is only once a month, maybe consider paying twice a month or earlier like the 1st of each month instead of the 10th.

We are currently rolling out our benefits package for 2021, and while the cost of benefits have not really reduced this year you will find some additional voluntary benefits that we hope you’ll find extremely valuable. Also, we are currently reviewing the possibility of being able to pay more than once per month – stay tuned as we get more information on this!

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
