      Avantages

      At least in the Costa Rica site, they are very flexible with the schedules and don't ask you to be always on time., you can do whatever you want with your time as long as you do your work. There are a lot of growth opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Maybe the salary isn't that great taking in consideration is cloud (cloud is known for being well paid) No work from home and the "safe zone" policy where you cannot have your cellphone with you.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
