6yThank you for your feedback. While our hiring practices do not differentiate between hiring male or female managers, we are consistently looking for ways to support women applying for our roles. For example, we recently sponsored a new initiative called, "Women in Tech" - where we helped facilitate bringing together women in the Technology industry to discuss overcoming challenges in the industry.
