      Good salary, opportunity to learn new technologies, great environment, open doors policies.

      The company is growing faster and they should take advantage of previous experiences to improve the deployment of the new ones.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
