Inconvénients
When a new employee comes in they inform you there are learning and growth opportunities, what they don't tell you is there are not a lot of opportunities - these opportunities depend on clients signing up with this company and your job relies on the client being happy with this company. Each campaign is different - how strict they are with time, the management styles (toxic, friendly, etc), and the environment you walk into. Going from one campaign to another is not just learning about the new campaign/company you are working with, but also navigating new social situations alongside doing your job Leadership is very reactive instead of proactive - doesn't tell you what you did wrong until you've done it wrong Training is sometimes not complete and very much a sink or swim. While there is PTO/UTO the health benefits are bad (they don't pay anything into it, and you pay the full amount - this is not normal, and it means more than 10% of your paycheck is going towards a basic plan)
