      Avantages

      Team oriented and that comes from the top down. Company is really about empowering and supporting their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Weekend support can be quiet or a little noisy but rotation was in a way where you didn't have to do it for awhile so its a fair balance.

      Avantages

      Great co-workers and management. Casual, but hardworking company. Room for growth. One of the best places I've ever Worked.

      Inconvénients

      Bottom line for me was lack of compensation, especially compared to other employees of the company, and my level of experience and education. You can love your CEO, Co-workers, and overall company, but if you are not recognized and compensated for your contribution, no job is worth it. A year after I left I was making literally twice what I was being paid, for similar work at Tarrytech.
