      workload is high due to small company more worried about closing tickets or numbers instead of real solutions talk bad about former employees behind your back will blame you for things that other teams had control over

      Avantages

      Great co-workers and management. Casual, but hardworking company. Room for growth. One of the best places I've ever Worked.

      Inconvénients

      Bottom line for me was lack of compensation, especially compared to other employees of the company, and my level of experience and education. You can love your CEO, Co-workers, and overall company, but if you are not recognized and compensated for your contribution, no job is worth it. A year after I left I was making literally twice what I was being paid, for similar work at Tarrytech.
