      I cannot think of anything positive to say.

      Inconvénients

      Poor pay Pitiful discount "team leaders" and other store leadership are managers, not leaders No advancement opportunities (you have to be hired as a manager or mgr in training to get into leadership positions) No water bottles on the floor Unrealistic expectations Leadership doesn't participate in tasks

      Avantages

      The location I worked for had a great group of people... *Their RF system pretty much does all the guess work for you *Fulfillment, drive-up, and ship positions are fun to work

      Inconvénients

      The amount of experience I have in fulfillment order processing exceeds the starting pay scale... *Everywhere is short-staffed *Their call-in policy is to call the store; you can't really get a hold of anyone, and there is an option for call-in on the app, but it is considered a no-call no-show if you don't call the store. You should be able to call in on the app, and that should be enough. It's double the work.
